SoundCheck is a hearing screener / sound level meter application created by Starkey Hearing Technologies that allows you to measure environmental noise levels and to quickly evaluate your own hearing to determine if it is within a normal range, or if you have potential hearing loss.

I have Starkey hearing aids.  The app says I have to use headphones or earbuds to use the app.  I thought the idea was to work with my hearing aids?

Noise Check crashes every time I try to open it, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times. The hearing check works, but I don’t need that. I have an iPhone XS.

I loved this app and used it regularly. Loved the noise check feature that showed how long you could safely be around the sound. However, the app crashes now anytime I try to use it and I haven’t found one that is as user friendly to replace it. Please fix the app!

I would like to contact you, but your support page doesn’t exist. The app does not ask for microphone access so it can’t listen for sound levels. Please fix.
