Keep in mind remote sessions are still in beta, so the occasional hiccup is expected. A few things that usually fix pairing: - Generate a fresh pairing code on the desktop app and scan it again. Codes expire after a short time. - Make sure the desktop app is open and connected to the internet when you scan. - Check that the phone and desktop are signed into the same account. - If it still fails, try restarting both apps and pairing once more. If none of that works, email us at onlinesoundboard@gmail.com with your username and we'll dig in. ### 1/5 — TLS error ongoing for weeks *2026-06-10* Bro its been like two weeks since this app its been on a tls error. My internet connection is completely fine and I tried shutting off my phone or deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing works. Can you please fix this **Developer response:** Hello, Sorry for any inconvenience. We've checked our servers and security certificates and everything is healthy on our end, so this looks like something on your network blocking the secure connection. That's also why reinstalling did not help. Quick check: try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data.
