Has way less features than other brands I’ve used. Now only one hearing aid will connect to the app. The app also wants permission to sync with all Bluetooth devices in my home or it flat out doesn’t work. All this is very annoying. The app is having a hard time keeping my settings. They need to do better.

I can not get it to connect my Mini OTC Hearing Aid to my Bluetooth. It just spins and spins. I can’t seem to get it to connect- the aids are fully charged- sitting by my phone that’s not picking it up! I have returned the mini, it is not the one that picks up the Bluetooth! A little misleading in your wording in description!

I bought the SoundBright Discovery hearing aids for my mom, and the app has been incredibly useful. It’s simple to use, which is great for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. The customization options, like adjusting the volume and noise reduction, have really helped tailor the hearing aids to my mom’s needs. It’s made a noticeable difference in her daily comfort and overall experience. The app is a fantastic addition and makes managing the hearing aids much easier. Highly recommend!
