Seems like a great app idea… Until you open it and try to create an account and it won’t allow you to verify your email address.

I’ve had issues with this app and submitted for help. I’m paying every month and not even getting the information I’m paying for. 
Not only that, NO ONE is responding!! I requested a month refund because I’m not able to access information… nothing. Now here I am getting ready to get billed again for yet ANOTHER month and I have yet to get a response! What are y’all doing?!

I want to give this app another star, but I continuously get a white screen when I open the app. I have a monthly subscription and find the information that I need useful, but having to restart my phone to refresh the app all of the time is making me think about canceling my subscription.
