### 5/5 — amazing app hard to use

*2024-10-16*

i have to make an audio file then import the file to use this app, i wish i could edit peak indicators more, i wish i could set the holding time, and falling speed ! i dont know though since this app hasn’t received updates in so long and online servers are down

**Developer response:** Many thanks Cogates123 for your rating and sorry for delayed response. Yes, this app has not been updated for very long. But a new big update will be coming soon.

### 5/5 — amazing app hard to use

*2024-09-29*

i have to make an audio file then import the file to use this app, and the spectrum is laggy, i wish there were more options for the spectrum. i also wish there was more options for the squares that fall on the spectrum, i wish there was an option to set so the squares will wait a little bit then fall faster back down! but this is a great app ! and how do i export the spectrum so i can add it to my music mixes?

### 4/5 — Good Potential

*2024-04-03*

Takes some figuring to get everything to work. A lot of visuals play to the music, but some don’t. Needs a 10/15 second time elapse between each scene for shuffle mode of visuals, rather than just one scene per track. With that, Sound Colors has the potential to compete with the more higher brands.

**Developer response:** Many thanks for your rating and sorry for delayed response. The new big update will improve the app drastically and hope you will like it then.

### 1/5 — Do not buy - doesn’t work!

*2023-01-17*

Will not work. Unable to access music files. Terrible product, don’t waste your money.

### 5/5 — Super Visualizer! Masterpiece!

*2022-08-06*

Sehr guter Musik Player und Visualizer!!! Hoffe es gibt schon bald neue Effekte zur Visualisierung.
Thank you Danni Wu for this great news! I´m a huge fan of your app and have always loved music visualization!
I´ve not long ago started a YouTube channel called „VISUALIZATOR - Royalty Free Music Visualized“ which is growing very rapidly and have used your amazing visuals for some music videos: two music videos which I´ve created with the help of your visuals are my third and fourth most watched music videos on my channel! The third most watched music video on my channel is called "Cyberpunk Dark Synthwave Slave to the Grid // Royalty Free No Copyright Background Music“. I´ve taken your amazing visuals and applied a so called kaleidoscope effect. My fourth most watched music video on my channel is called „MATRIX - Free Dark Synthwave Music - Unplugged from the Matrix // No Copyright Music“. In all of my music videos which I´ve created with your amazing app SoundColors - Music Visualizer I´ve added the name of your amazing app and a link to the app in the AppStore in the video description to promote your app for new users and buyers. In my opinion, your app deserves much more attention and praise! For me you are the Michelangelo of music visualization!
Would be great if we could somehow contact each other. I´ve tried very hard to somehow contact you, the only way seems to be the AppStore. I think the AppStore doesn´t let me write my mail in AppStore. You can find my mail in the music video descriptions under each of my music videos. If you want, you can always write me a mail to tell me about the appearance of new visualization effects for your app SoundColors. Would love to create new music videos with your stunning visuals!

### 5/5 — Legit

*2022-05-11*

Things work make u work and then it works better than ANY other player.
Only for the underground players maybe idk.
But your lucky you found this player NOW DOWNLOAD IT!<3

**Developer response:** Thank you!

### 1/5 — Worst $2 I’ve ever spent

*2022-03-15*

Doesn’t work at all. Don’t bother

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear that. Wish you have gotten a refund.

I admit current version is not perfect. A new update will be coming soon. I am sure you would change your mind then if you didn't return this app.

### 2/5 — Alright, would like to see improvements

*2019-10-10*

The app doesn’t save the previous visualizer and always reverts to the default. There isn’t much for settings, I would like to be able to adjust the sensitivity and frequency range of the visualizer.
The visualizer could use some polishing since it seems to be a little slow. The app accesses my musics from iTunes well, but there’s no “shuffle all” button. You’d have to put them all into a playlist. On top of that, the playlist folder is saved but when I reopen the app, the playlist is empty. It also doesn’t support CarPlay. Not sure what “Supports external display presentation” is supposed to mean.

### 5/5 — Works fine on iPhoneX - 12.4.1

*2019-10-03*

Unlike everyone else, I was looking for a decent music visualizer to follow my music. There are many things to factor in and consider when routing your music into a app and not directly. If you think your going to get perfection, this may not be the app for you.

### 1/5 — Lies.

*2019-09-15*

The app detects the tempo but this doesn’t play in sync with the actual song. Are you kidding me? Total rip off. Your videos show a different story.

**Developer response:** We must say this is really an unexpected review as detecting tempo/BPM is much harder than syncing. Could you please let us know what song you were playing and send more info to soundcolor2018@gmail.com? As we mentioned in the app description, we have two tempo algorithm implemented. The offline one for mp3 file based songs might be the best you could find in the app store for the price. So if you were playing a mp3 file, we would be very curious what song it is.

Finally we wish you could believe nobody tired to fool anyone here. This app is definitely not perfect. For us, we are still learning a lot new stuff while developing/improving it. But we NEVER wanted to cheat for money as that’s against our BOTTOM-LINE as human-being. We are showing the videos to reflect how exactly the app works/looks, not for lying.
