In reality you get Sounders notifications whether you want them or not. ### 1/5 — App is too buggy *2025-03-23, version 2025.1.1* This app has never worked well on Apple products like iPhone and IPad. I wanted to use the app for game notifications but the app is too buggy to use. If the Sounders don’t care enough to fix the app so local fans can keep up with the team, then I don’t care either. I am canceling my MLS subscription on Apple TV, and will no longer follow MLS. Notification preferences are broken too. I turned off all Sounders notifications, and yet still get them. I’ve been a season ticket holder since the inaugural season and I continue to be shocked at the poor experience provided on the app. It continually locks up, locks you out of your account, and is difficult to manage tickets on. The calendar for the season is always so poorly laid out and hard to determine when matches are. Difficult to access tickets, data always out of date and does not refresh, will not allow use of VPN, good luck if you try to use to access a game, never works for us, must save tickets to wallet for them to work at scanners. The constant reauths(frequently resulting in needing to change passwords), failure to show tickets, failure to sync information, painful interface design, whatever. This app is disgraceful as is the attention paid to detail in the user experience. Please check back later. The data could not be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” A bit frustrating since everything has gone digital. I can’t access the Pro Shop discount code, it thinks about it then sends me back to “Manage tickets” with the above error mentioned above. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is when you open the schedule it should show the current month and day you’re in you shouldn’t have to scroll to find. That is an easy fix.
