The customer services bot states that the app is not meant for use with the earbuds, despite the instruction manual advising it be used, and they claim that you can’t update the audio settings - avoid this app and the earbuds as they are junk ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-04-24, version 1.2.4* Won’t connect. Connected and works perfectly. I had absolutely no problems with it and my buds now work so much better than just out of the box use (which I really wasn’t very happy with tbh). Toutefois il manque l’égaliseur pour le SoundForm flow et plus important un réglage du niveau sonore minimum qui est trop élevé.
