How do I fix this?? **Developer response:** Hi! Please try using the **Restore Purchases** option. If that doesn’t work, make sure you’re signed in to the same Soundiiz account that was used to purchase the Premium subscription. You may currently be logged in to a different Soundiiz account. I tried all the steps I could find on line without success. Cancelled. ### 1/5 — Could NOT be worse! *2026-06-29* This is what an app would be like if the devs tried to make it as bad as possible The app won’t let you upgrade to premium and directs you to the website. The website automatically opens the app. I deleted the app and was able to PAY to upgrade but my account remains basic. **Developer response:** Hello, we’re sorry for this frustrating redirect loop. Wait is OVER *2026-06-06* Been using soundiiz for years on the website, It has been the best one in comparison to other transfer tools. Only bummer was that you needed to use a browser. They finally released an iOS app! And for a first time release surprised at how much it was not bugging out. Sure there’s small bugs here and there but give it time and i’m sure the developers will have this stable and reliable for all soundiiz users !!
