However it is absolutely more trouble than it is worth to follow troubleshooting tips, which work 1 out of ten tries if you’re lucky, after 30 minutes of frustration following the apps troublesome “troubleshooting tips.” Support is even less help!! I have a new iPhone after using iPhone 7 upgraded thinking it would fixed the problem no this app has a connection problem and so tired of having to turn off my hearing aids to reconnect and sometimes that doesn’t work. Bigger gripe is how inaccessible the company is. I’ve tried to call them before, can’t get an answer, if they answer you’re on hold forever.
