I paid 26plus tax and now I can't update and app I own cause of a minor bill with apple itself and I get it for new downloads for when it's free or whatever but to charge me and not let me update my app I get that I purchased sucks. Apple that is low of the lows - so yes do it for new app downloads for real but not apps that are purchased
