Easy to use, fun campaigns, and a good way to discover new music while earning a little extra income. It’s hard to see sometimes. The offers aren’t as good as they were. It doesn’t feel user friendly it just feels flashy. I can’t delete pending ones even after the due date if i didn’t create it and they just sit in my pending. It’s very slow and some buttons are not working. I can’t view details for campaigns. It also is very difficult to find recent campaigns you completed. They’re all jumbled up in the completed tab. THIS APP FEELS LIKE A SCAM NOW, AVOID IT!! Original review: The new app is NOT an improvement. It’s so full of errors that I’ve been unable to submit any posts. Been trying all week to reach support about it and keep getting ignored. They’ve basically got me out here working for free, which is NOT OKAY. Not doing any more campaigns until they get it fixed. ### 1/5 — New update *2026-06-12, version 5.4* You guys just updated the app and it is too much. The old version on how it was laid out was much smoother to maneuver. My country PayPal can't work here thereby limiting us. I have 20 dollars and have to stop because I can't withdraw from my PayPal. You need to develop new payment method if you really want everybody to benefit ### 1/5 — 🚩 Unfair to Creators & Poorly Managed *2026-01-20, version 5.1* SoundMe has great potential, but the way it treats creators is extremely disappointing. Campaigns are often mismanaged, sponsors select the wrong countries, and instead of fixing the mistake fairly, the platform automatically declines creators who already submitted content. No compensation is offered, and the videos often gather views before being removed, which feels exploitative. These situations happen far too often, and there’s little to no accountability. Creators are frequently removed from campaigns without any explanation or support. Communication is poor, and it’s clear that creators are not a priority. If SoundMe doesn’t improve how it handles campaigns and creator relations, it will continue to lose the trust of the very people keeping the platform alive. UPDATE: Zero Accountability & Fake Support First, the developer’s reply below is a total lie. I emailed them exactly as they requested regarding my original issue, and they flat-out refused to provide a solution. Their "support" is just a performance. On top of that, it has been a month and a half that I’ve been unable to use Stripe for payouts due to a mistake on their end. I am forced to message them 3 or 4 times just to get a single, lazy response. Even then, they just claim the issue is "scaled" and offer no updates or fixes. This is a horrible management company that ignores creators, offers miserable pay, and has almost zero campaigns available. It’s clear that most "good" reviews here are just bots. They do not value your time or your work; don’t waste your energy on this platform. SECOND UPDATE: following their last response. They still have not provided any solution and once again made a public statement that does not reflect reality. I have not received at least an email explaining the issue, and the issue they claim that is resolved, IS NOT: Stripe continues to not work on my account. I have only had rejections and my analysts are pretty good.
