Please fix this error. ### 1/5 — Avoid *2026-07-01* ★☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I purchased a subscription expecting it to preserve my voice, melody, phrasing, and musical style, but it failed to do so, making it unsuitable for the projects I intended to use it for. What disappointed me even more was the customer support. I requested a refund on June 3, 2026, and followed up multiple times over the following weeks. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I received no response. A product can have shortcomings, but ignoring paying customers who are seeking support is unacceptable. Then how do I know if it’ll work for me? So then I try an even simpler prompt in the same example type the app shows and it comes back with errors for the lyrics and music. I try again using the app’s default suggestion and even that won’t work. I mean…. Hello? How can we see if this is what we need if we can’t even try it out and there’s errors.
