Interface, also, you guys need to improve. **Developer response:** We apologize for the frustration. A recent, massive surge in traffic temporarily overwhelmed our backend servers, which caused the crashes you experienced. We’ve since upgraded our capacity to ensure stability. NO REFUNDS *2026-01-31* They don’t even give you refunds even if you’re eligible for a refund. I’ve been emailing them for the past 3-4 months to cancel my subscription to the email stated in their refund policy, yet no one EVER replies. I’m considering forwarding this to the FCC, my state’s attorney general, and probably filing a lawsuit. Please fix this error. ### 1/5 — Avoid *2026-07-01* ★☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I purchased a subscription expecting it to preserve my voice, melody, phrasing, and musical style, but it failed to do so, making it unsuitable for the projects I intended to use it for. What disappointed me even more was the customer support. I requested a refund on June 3, 2026, and followed up multiple times over the following weeks. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I received no response. A product can have shortcomings, but ignoring paying customers who are seeking support is unacceptable. Then how do I know if it’ll work for me? So then I try an even simpler prompt in the same example type the app shows and it comes back with errors for the lyrics and music. I try again using the app’s default suggestion and even that won’t work. I mean…. Hello? How can we see if this is what we need if we can’t even try it out and there’s errors. After that, I was hit with a “rate limit”. I even bought tokens on this app which were of no use. I went a week without using the app and still got the same message.
