## What is Soupcam?

You capture the moment. Let the photo react.

Soupcam is a camera inspired by Film Soup experiments. Through digital development, it recreates the color shifts, hazy highlights and irregular traces of chemical reactions on soaked film, giving familiar landscapes, street corners and everyday moments an unexpected look.

No filters to choose. No settings to fine-tune. Open the camera, take a photo and wait for this shot's own reaction.

Light softly blooms
Bright areas spread into gentle halos. Some parts turn hazy while others stay clear, giving light the soft, uneven edges of a memory.

Color leaves water marks
Curving trails, uneven stains and local washes give photos the texture of film touched by water. Some colors come from the photo itself and mingle with random variations.

Chance leaves speckles
Dark or light speckles appear in different sizes and densities within parts of the image. They may gather in a corner, scatter along an organic curve or leave only a few faint traces.

Every development is a little experiment
Light, color, water marks and speckles combine at random, producing subtle or striking changes. Just shoot, then see what happens this time.

Shoot simply. Keep what you love.
• Open straight into the camera, with front and back cameras and flash.
• Import an existing photo for a new random development.
• Finished photos are collected in your in-app roll. Swipe to browse.
• Save your favorites to Photos or share them.
• A simple dark interface with warm, subtly psychedelic retro colors.

Photos are developed on your device. No account or photo uploads are needed.

Some photos capture what you see.
Some also keep what you never expected.

Soupcam
One shot. One reaction.
