Misleading just a slider bar with one set ingredients. No place to add ingredients adjust the hydration stuck at 65% schedules say coming soon

Nice for the basic recipe and being able to scale quantity, however, I was looking for something I could customise a little, for example being able to add vital wheat gluten to improve my flour protein content. 

The tabs also were a bit clunky, had to press a few times to get the action to work.
