### 3/5 — Functional, but...

*2026-02-10*

Source Audio would sell a lot more of these if they did a tutorial for guitar players on how to program synthesizers. The C4 is an amazing synthesizer, but the default sounds are unremarkable and the sounds online aren't very musical. Were it not for the bass player who did a decent demo on programming, I would have sold my C4. Now I hold onto hope that I can learn to program well enough to craft some good sounds--because they are definitely in there.

### 5/5 — Good app and great pedals

*2025-12-23*

Good app but needs some optimisation improvements

### 1/5 — もしかして使えない？

*2025-12-07, version 3.6.2*

EQ2を購入しましたが、何をどうやっても設定が反映されません。
前のバージョンでは反映出来ていたのに、、、

### 3/5 — Iphone 12 bug

*2025-11-20*

Won’t connect to pedal even at max volume tells me to increase volume. Cool app just needs work

### 1/5 — No connection

*2025-10-18, version 3.6.2*

Ich Krieg mit meinem iPhone 11 (18.7.1) keine Verbindung zum Ultra Wave Bass ….

### 3/5 — Battery killer

*2025-09-18, version 3.6.1*

This app kills my battery AND turns my phone into a boiling hot lava bar. App probably needs optimization to fix the issue. Running an older device (12 mini), but have not encountered this issue with any other app. It’s like the processor is running at max power constantly.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2025-07-16*

Source Audio makes innovative and versatile pedals. The old version of Neuro was clunky but effective. The new Neuro is still really rough. The GUI is harder to use, helpful graphics are missing, resolution of displayed values lost precision, there are quite a few other issues that remain unresolved. I miss the old Neuro.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2025-05-27*

Source Audio makes innovative and versatile pedals. The old version of Neuro was clunky but very effective. The new Neuro is a mess. The GUI is harder to use, they got rid of useful visual aids, resolution of values is less than half of what it was, there are many issues that have been reported but remain unresolved. I hate this new version and miss the old one.

### 1/5 — Bring Back the Old Neuro!

*2025-04-07*

This revamp continues to be a disaster. There’s an apparent lack of attention to details. So many aspects of editing don’t work at all or barely. The old app is way better. I miss the horizontal sliders and full 8-bit resolution. Now most level settings don’t have a proper zero, and it continues to be a bag of bugs. For iOS the older better editor is no longer available.

### 2/5 — Latest update broke it on my iPad

*2025-04-01*

I have used Neuro for a few years and generally like it for deeper tweaks into my SA Collider Rev/Delay.
I think as expecting great things from version 3, but now it “opens” and immediately shuts down.

I am running the latest iPadOS on a relatively recent (pre M-silicon processors) iPad with plenty of memory…and everything else turned off. Doesn’t matter if I am attached to my Collider or not.
