Never would have purchased it if I knew this. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2021-11-24* Just got my new York heat pump and was told this app would work with it. It does not. Won’t let me create an account. When I created an account with my laptop via the web, I tried logging in with this app and it shows an error message. I tried to rate the app on the app and it errors out. Waste of putting it on your phone.
