You are unable to check the progress of your order. You cannot track the delivery. If your item is never delivered you will be charged and they will not return your money. Use a better app like DoorDash or uber eats when ordering from this company. ### 1/5 — Can’t even sign up for an account! *2026-05-11, version 1.0.3* Terrible app, can’t even create an account! Tried to verify phone number and got the code 5 hours later and still incorrect! Tried multiple times and even when I verified the phone number and hit submit, kept saying something went wrong! Don’t waste your time getting the app. ### 1/5 — Skip this app *2026-04-11, version 1.0.3* You are unable to check the progress of your order. Location? Forget about it. Non-existent. There’s absolutely no way to track the location of where your food + driver are or when they’re heading to you. My advice. Skip this app. Just order off of one of the many other food apps. ### 3/5 — Easy to use, will not retain CC info *2026-03-12, version 1.0.3* It’s awesome for ordering ahead, easy to add and remove ingredients from my order. Easy to manage ordering a meal. Only issue is that no matter how many times I save my cc info, it either doesn’t retain it or says that it’s past the expiration date. Both times I get all the way to the purchase page and after entering credit card information it will not allow me to save my credit card information and place order button is greyed out. Both times I tried numerous attempts to troubleshoot but no obvious issues. Both times now I’ve given up and decided to order food elsewhere. You’re losing revenue with such a poor app. Please fix. ### 2/5 — Nice idea *2025-09-01, version 1.0.3* Unfortunately the app doesn’t work, while it keeps track of points doesn’t allow user option to use them. Usually I try app and when it fails to finalize order with my payment information, and I’ve spent 10 minutes trying to get app to work, I either log into my computer if at home, stop by store in person , or go to a different place like Subway that has a working app ### 1/5 — Can’t check out *2025-08-09, version 1.0.3* Tried to use the app. Filled out all the required fields bit the place order button was greyed out and I could place the order. Tried three times then gave up. Here in the App Store, if you try to give the app feedback or get support, it just takes you to their website.
