## What is Sourdough Journal?

DoughLog is a warm baker's journal for tracking your sourdough starter the way you would in a paper notebook.

Starter management
Register multiple starters with names, hydration, flour blend and status, all in one screen.

Feeding log
Capture feed ratios (1:1:1, 1:5:5 and more), multi-flour blends, room temperature, peak time, activity level and aroma. Add photos and notes. Switch between g/oz/cup/ml/tsp and toggle Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Baker's calculators
Built-in tools for hydration, baker's percentage, feeding ratios and a unit converter. No more napkin math.

Bake-time scheduler
