3. RevenueCat customer identification — once a user signs in, their
   subscription identity is unified across all their devices using
   their email as the stable customer ID.
4. iCloud Sync resilience — if SwiftData's CloudKit-backed container
   fails to initialize (e.g. user not signed into iCloud), the app
   now gracefully falls back to a local store instead of crashing.
No new permissions, no new external services. All changes use
existing Anthropic API and RevenueCat integrations already approved
in v1.0.
HOW TO TEST RevenueCat unification:
1. Sign in with the test account on a simulator
2. Check Account → Customer ID at the bottom
3. The Customer ID should be the email address, not $RCAnonymousID:...
4. Sign out → Customer ID reverts to anonymous
HOW TO TEST iCloud resilience:
1. Sign out of iCloud in iOS Settings
2. Open Sous Pantry → Account → toggle iCloud Sync ON → restart
3. App should launch normally (iCloud preference auto-disabled)
4. Local data preserved
