## What is Sous Restaurant Operations?

Sous connects the work between an invoice arriving and your restaurant team making the next decision.

Keep purchasing evidence, products, inventory counts, recipes, vendors, and human review in one traceable operating flow.

WITH SOUS, YOUR TEAM CAN
• Review invoices and received quantities
• Browse operational products, units, costs, and recipes
• Run location-based inventory counts
• Speak inventory counts and review AI-generated drafts before submitting
• Resolve uncertain matches with source evidence and bounded review
• Keep vendor, purchasing, menu, and inventory context connected

BUILT FOR ACCOUNTABILITY
Sous keeps automated suggestions reviewable. Voice counts become drafts, uncertain work stays visible, and your team remains in control before operational records are finalized.

Sous is designed for restaurant operators who need fewer disconnected spreadsheets and a clearer next move every shift.

A Sous account is required.
