I get the blue line moving across the top and then nothing. The app won’t even open today. Horrible. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-02-02* Horrible app. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t load. Can’t log in. I’ve rebooted everything. Trying to proceed as a “Guest” instead… the app just hangs. I have a $600 machine that I can’t clear the blinking light off the front panel. Also, it gives you a delay timer set point vs actual - all in one easy glance. Not through google but at least Facebook seemed to have worked ^_^ That being said the app does have a few problems still. Had to chamge all passwords. App don’t work. It’s still says loading forever. Useless ### 1/5 — Loser *2020-04-17, version 1.4* I was a kickstarter participant. I have never been able to connect the unit to Bluetooth hence, it has never connected Wi-Fi. The machine has never shown up on any of my bluetooth devices (iPhone 8,7+,7,6 iPad, Mac Book Pro and on and on). I called in December and I received a return call asking me to email the information. I have done that 3 times and there has been no response. Today I tried to open the app and I cannot log in. I tried to change my password and I cannot do it, because did not receive the recovery email (3 times) from Eades. So I tried to create a new profile. I cannot create a new profile because I get and error saying user name previously used. Believe me I tried a bunch of user names all them received the same error message “user name previously used”. I have been a long time user of Eades SousVide products.
