I cannot load my new e-ticket onto the app - the number is 1 character longer than the space allowed for it. Also the app doesn't automatically update with my new flight. So no way of knowing if they're moving departure gates - also a regular thing - except by watching the wallboards. ### 1/5 — Just fly Flysafair *2025-11-10, version 10.1.2* Literally can't even register because according to this very poorly coded tender job that was probably awarded to a sly comrade, my "ID and birth date don't match". I can check in on it even if there is a “manage booking” function - which is mainly to sell more add-ons than actual customer service. The flight tracking doesn’t work, whether searching by city or flight number. This is just a container of web pages, not an app. If fact, if you try (just one example) to check your flight status it opens the webpage within the app and obviously doesn’t know who you are or what your flight is, if it was a real app, it would be integrated.
