Kinecta are crooks! Charging over draft fees when you weren’t over drafted, Kinecta was the place this was an issue at. Since I been at South Bay, I’ve been at ease, never had a problem with overdraft, great customer service. Love how they can make me a new card on the spot. The app has work great for everything I’ve needed. Hope it continues.. ### 2/5 — App is really lacking *2025-02-01* They did an update not long ago but still, I bank with 4 other institutions and SBCU is the most dated app of all. Their customer service is very poor and they give absurd, nonsensical reasons for denying applications for credit cards. There are much better credit unions and lending institutions out there.
