When contacting customer service, there is no resolution nor feeling of concern. ### 1/5 — Just never works *2026-06-24, version 26.1.20* Doesn’t work hardly ever. Have to spend most of the time calling the offices to get support. Disaster of an app and rarely gets updates, so they have no interest in making it better. There are constant issues with the app. Even when you set up Face ID it only works half the time and then when you type your password in it never works and you have to reset it multiple times. If I login on one of them, the app won’t recognize my credentials on the other. I’ve tried this multiple times. And every time. I get logged in on the computer. I get locked out of the app. It may be a fine app, but it does nothing for me because I can’t login if I use it on use the web site. It’s to the point. But the longer you own the app, and the longer you have an account…more stuff happens. Almost every single time I get paid the app says it can’t validate my info or there was an issue logging me in. When you go to reset your password, most of the time an email doesn’t even send. ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2025-07-30, version 24.2.60* The app has constant problems, always have a hard time logging in and not being able to look at my account when needed because of issues with the app. Very frustrating. Happens very frequently. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2025-07-26, version 24.2.60* When it actually open and allows you access to your account, it’s good. But half the time it won’t open, or freezes on the south central page before the login page. Needs some serious work done to it So aggravating needing to get into your account to unlock your card etc yet can’t get in. ### 3/5 — Good if it works *2025-04-14, version 24.2.60* When it works it’s good. Occasionally it takes my login information but won’t open even though it sends a message saying it did. Happens more often on my iPhone 16 but also does it on my iPad Air.
