I hoped that they would fix the error and issue an updated version, but this last one hasn’t fixed the problem. Have to go through the website now. Update 1.2.26. Downloaded the update, still won’t work. Went to the website, now it says “You are signed in but we had trouble getting all of your data”, so I can’t even see my balance. This is the final straw, I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, I’m going to close this account and move to MSUFCU. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work after last 2 updates *2025-12-04, version 3.29.0* I have an iPhone 15, the app worked fine until 2 updates ago. Have to go through the website now. ### 1/5 — SCCU *2025-07-18* the only reason I’m staying at this bank is chyna. she seems to be the only one who knows how to do their job! ### 1/5 — CORRUPT BANKING ORGANIZATION *2025-02-14* If you know what is good for you, do not I repeat do not open an account with them, they will steal your money place it on hold for week and if you request for a reason why they’re holding your money, they’ll say it was because of a suspicious activity, even if you don’t do anything on it….they’re the real criminals of the banking systems and I hope DOGE will look into their banking activities.bunch of corrupt thieves. ### 1/5 — If I could give it zero stars I would.. *2024-09-29* This app has really gone downhill ever since they did away with the feature that allows you to lock and unlock your card I didn't even know they did away with it and my card stayed locked and I had to call the bank and have them unlock it for me!!
