I often have to retake pictures up to 5 times just to get the app to accept them. Then, it takes up to two full days for the money to show up in the account. I also had one mobile deposit canceled. The only information I was given was through email, and stated that the submitted photo need to be cropped, even though the original picture was accepted by the app upon submission. Favorite part is the check deposit. It makes life so much easier... 2 caveats: 1) The photo scanner is pretty picky and may take several shots to get right. 2) You cannot deposit a check larger than $1000.00.
