everything is behind a subscription, unless you opt for the 7 day free trial so unable to see any content, plenty of free sources of information on youtube

I didn’t get any such support when I sent a help request. The app provides videos, which are somewhat helpful, but the solution to most issues involves a choke collar, which I don’t want to use on my rescue. He’s stressed enough as is, I don’t want to stress him by choking him. I send a help request, didn’t get any answer. 

The quality of the app is mediocre, it seems to be some sort of wrapper for their website, which I somehow ended up on.

There is a Discord link hidden under „manage account“, but as a user I don’t get any information of what to expect from the discord group.

The advice and training videos are great but is let down by user ability of the app. 

- I’ve had issues submitting videos for advice. 
- Finding where my videos have been saved, so I can revisit them. 
- It would be great if there was a step by step guide on training puppies. 
- Easier search function with clear titles.

Great start with the app all, I appreciate what you do so much and will keep supporting you.

Stuff I’ve noted to fix:
- when I leave a video and come back to it, it doesn’t remember where I left off
- shorter punchier videos would be great, I’m watching my first one on the spaniels and it’s over an hour. It would be great if it could have chapters added as a start, before maybe being shortened to more specific content.

P.S. check out Kajabi as opposed to Facebook for your VIP network, you may find this useful once you grow to the right size/income.

Highly recommend this app & Southend dog training as a whole.
Super informative videos & best of all an online help service where you can ask any queries/send videos & get a response from one of the trainers.
I sent a query at 5:30am and had a response by 9am from a trainer called Sam. Amazing service!!!!

I was so excited to see Adam has made an App. His Instagram has been an invaluable source for me an ocean away as I’ve worked to make our rescue dog feel safer in his new home. Thank you Adam for all you do for rescue’s across the globe.
