The notification reminder that parking is running out comes on the parking time or even after it’s run out not 10 minutes before like it use to be and the app keeps logging us out then takes ages to log back in, we asked Southend Council about it and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app which we’ve done more than once. So since April as you using an app not a machine you pay more - pay via their app and pay more for the “convenience”.
