We would love to troubleshoot with you. Please contact us at support@banksouthern.com. ### 3/5 — Needs a lot of work *2022-08-07* Ok to view your accounts, but seriously flawed elsewhere. Using IOS devices will not auto capture mobile deposit. Using portrait or landscape makes no difference. Manual capture works sporadically. Have notified bank of this and they are not sympathetic in the least. Regional banks need to step up their game or risk losing out to big banks like Chase. **Developer response:** Hello, we have updated the app with improved mobile deposit capture. I already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it only to see the exact same thing yet again. A blank screen with the settings option at the bottom and logout option. Settings option works however all account information is blank. Nothing at all. Just white screen in the account section of the app. I even waited a little while to see if maybe it was slow loading, but still nothing. ### 2/5 — New Update = Crash *2018-02-14* Love my app! Check it daily; however, the new update maybe causing the app to crash on iPhone 7. I turned off my phone to make sure, then after it rebooted, it is still crashing. It prompts for my fingerprint and then closes. It strated this a couple of IOS updates ago. It works just long enough that you begin to believe the owners fixed it then it gets horrible again. It logs me out and won’t let me log in. This has happened for 3 months straight now. I login with biometrics one day and the next day when I try and check my account it’s disabled biometrics like come on. I don’t remember my username half the time. Also, yall need to fix the forgot my password thing so instead of just using the username you can also just straight up use your email.
