I have been able to access it a grand total of one time in the last two months; every other attempt is met with a “please wait” message permanently stuck on my screen, or the app completely refusing to allow me the slightest attempt at signing in. You would think for an app used to view necessary information like money, they would have put a little more effort into making it functional. Seriously, every single other bank app I have ever used is light years ahead of Southern.
