Mr. Paul Cossey is just wonderful. IOS 14.8.1 (iPhone 11) ### 5/5 — On line banking *2021-12-17, version 7.9.2.4861* I appreciate online banking. The app is comparable to the other banks that I have dealt with. My only complaint is not pertaining to the app but rather the payment date. Previously I was able to set the payment date a few days away from the transaction date. Now it is set too far in advance unless I pay a fee. In the future I will research other banks policies and if I find one that sets payment dates within a few days after the transaction without additional fees, I will change banks. Constantly logging me and my husband out, locking us out. We nearly have to reset our password each time we open it. Needed to be in online statements, app told us we were. The bank branch made us go in person just to tell us we were correct and they had to submit a ticket to fix it. It would be nice if there was a way to actually contact tech-support from the app, but of course that would be too convenient I HATE this app about as much as I don't like leaving reviews. As for the Bank, I would tell you to go somewhere else. I got stuck with it when my bank got sold to it and I've hated it ever since.
