Randomly turns face id off by itself since they updated the app. Very annoying.

I’ve had this app only a couple
Months and I have multiple times now, enabled my face recognition but it only lasts for so long before I have to do that again. Now every time I log in it kicks me out so I have to use the website to check. My old banks app never had this issue. Not once.

At least once or twice a week, the app goes down due to “server error” for a couple hours. Sometimes it goes down for an entire day. On more than one occasion, I’ve had to drive to the nearest ATM to see if my paycheck deposited because the app isn’t working.

Wow! New update looks a lot cleaner. Organized, easier to access. Has the Face ID feature if you are using IOS on iPhones. Love it! Plus, a round of applause for the ladies at the Lakewood location. Very lovely and always helpful. Thank you for all that you do! Very happy to be banking through SCFCU ☺️

This app is not pretty at all but it does the job— well used to. The app on iOS is broken. When you click on accounts it crashes; sometimes it crashes immediately. It’s interesting as I just switched from an Android phone and the app works perfectly on that platform. Please fix. The only solution right now is to just use your browser. I would just bookmark the account login link after clicking home banking.

The app is broken it won’t even let me open the app at times and it just sends me back to the home screen when I try to sign in so I can’t even deposit anything on my phone
