Every time I log in, it tries to use it and then says “You have entered an invalid user id”. The “Save User ID” feature also does not work which I think is what is causing the issue. ### 5/5 — Kathryn (customer service) *2026-05-22, version 24.1.1* Kathryn was very polite and answered all of my questions and helped me with my account. The facial recognition constantly stops working. Signing in then asks for verification every time - even if I’m using it in the exact same location/wifi. It’s really annoying and inconvenient and needs to be fixed long term. Moving Transfers to the menu was not great.
