I have not been able to check my transactions and that has lead to my card information being stolen without my awareness. I have called SHB and asked for help with getting me back in the app and no one can help. I have been to SHB and only once was I helped by a young woman. But for the most part their whole staff is completely unaware of what to do when the app will NOT let you login. ### 1/5 — Error *2020-05-20* The app hasn’t worked for me in months.
