Your Southern Nutrition membership, right on your phone. See every InBody scan you take in store, log what you eat, and keep track of the rewards you earn when you shop with us.

WHAT YOU GET

See your InBody scans
Every InBody body-composition scan you take in store shows up here. Watch your weight, body fat, and muscle trend over time so you can see the progress you are putting in.

Log your food and hit your macros
Set your daily calorie and protein goals, then log what you eat as the day goes. You can see what is left at a glance. If your coach built you a meal plan, it lives right here too, so you can check items off, or log something else when the day does not go to plan.

Earn and use rewards
You earn rewards on what you buy in store. The app keeps track of your points and store credit, so you always know what you have and what you can redeem next time you come in.

Build your pickup list
Line up the supplements and products you want to grab next, so your reorder is ready when you are. You pay in store, the way you always have.

Stay connected
Get updates from your store, see what is new, and keep in touch with your coach.

A FEW HONEST NOTES

This app is made for existing Southern Nutrition customers. Access is limited to people we invite, so you sign in with the phone number on your account.

There are no purchases inside the app. Rewards are store credit you earn on real in-store purchases and redeem in store. Your pickup list is paid for at the register, the way it always has been.

Your body-composition numbers come from the InBody scanners in our stores.
