Not particularly Southern unless you make these recipes south of the Mason Dixon line.
Found one recipe where the directions name an ingredient that is not in the ingredient list 
Very simplistic, there are better ways to find Southern recipes that are truly Southern 
If you want simple recipes for simple plain meals this is it
