I hate that it is so hard to get picture to take for it to accept and I hate to have to drive 30 min away and wish Century bank never sold

Every time I touch something it disappeared , I don’t understand. I didn’t know it was going to disappear. Now it is going to have to be redone in order for me to get it right..

I really enjoy the easy steps to deposit my checks. It is simple and straightforward. However, I’m not sure why there is a limit to the number of checks we can deposit virtually each month.

Maybe change the Pin system to a letters,symbols, and numbers I would feel more secure with that type of password. Besides that everything is fine.

Just had this opportunity and wanted to stop and brag on our staff at SS bank. 
   You couldn’t ask for a better crew. They amaze me how they handle the customers and no matter what the customers attitude they are always handling things so smoothly.
