This is of the utmost importance to me as my finances are key. It’s easy to use! ### 2/5 — Frustrating! *2022-04-25, version 21.2.70* When it works its great, but its down every time I need to get into it. You set up the instant balance or fingerprint login and it goes away by the next time you log in. Keeps shutting down on me in the middle of trying to view accounts. Needs a lot of work! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-03-02, version 21.2.70* No other banking app I use requires to call to reset the password, no other banking app I use requires me to reset facial recognition. Get a better app developer, no one wants to be constantly calling in. I am honestly closing my accounts because I rely a lot on online banking and it’s so frustrating, it stinks because I absolutely love our local branch. ### 2/5 — Frequent in-usability *2020-05-30, version 19.3.20* I would recommend to have the app for Mobile/Online banking, but the app needs improvements in the User Interface and some areas of function. Often times the app will tell me that they cannot validate my credentials for my user name and password, and have me unable to access my account. This happens at the minimum of once a week, only for me to be able to sign in the next day. The overall interface is practical, but it feels out dated in the overall style.
