The app says there’s a new version but it’s not available in the country or region? I’m confused! Please fix this!

The app goes down at least once a month “can’t validate your credentials “ then a day or hours later it works. EVERY MONTH. I’ve never had issues with any other bank in my life 😭😒

I just wanted to take the time out and Thank the team at your Moursund Road location.
 I was not looking forward to the details of opening accounts and structuring payment arrangements.
  Meeting with Cynthia Stanley and my shoe box  
Of documents, her knowledge and patience to listen to my thoughts of “my plan” then to advise me into a better plan assured me  my accounts are in good hands!.
 Thanks South Trust!!
