This is my first time traveling since the change over. Not sure I’ll choose Southwest again. This is the last of my free tickets. I hope the flight is better. Also I paid for a seat upgrade… I got charged but the app said there's a technical difficulty so I don't have my seat upgrade, but the charge is on the card. Now I have to call in and get help clearing it out. App is much clunkier than Delta or AA. Now I fly through my corporate job every 10 days I have a different destination. Of course you have bad situation sometimes, but Southwest usually will accommodate and make things better for you. I was stuck in love Field because Miami had a hurricane and my plane is coming from Miami to Lovefield to take me to my final destination El Paso. Keep in mind I did not book my reservation directly. I was issued a voucher. Was not able to claim my flight because somebody corporate office booked it. People were laying on the floor asleep, restless out of battery charge nothing was open.
