See your health record online SWGeneral HealtheLife is a free app that makes it easy for you to manage your health information online. You’ll get quick, secure access to your medical record—anytime, anywhere you have internet access. Use the app to more easily access your Southwest General HealtheLife (patient portal) account to: • View test results • Renew prescriptions • Manage your appointments • Message your Southwest General Medical Group doctor • View clinical notes • Download medical records to share with your doctor • Fill out forms prior to appointments • Update your insurance and other information • Access health and wellness resources The SWGeneral HealtheLife app also can make it easier to connect to your health and wellness data. For expanded access to your health and wellness data, you may securely connect some of the health management apps you use (e.g., fitness trackers, dietary trackers, etc.) to Southwest General’s HealtheLife to record wellness information such as blood pressure, weight, activity and nutrition. Why does university hospital have a MyChart app but southwest hospital, who is part of uh, have their own useless app ### 1/5 — Does not work or open *2025-01-24* Waited a month for tech support to give us an opportunity to get the link. Have the link finally. Now I constantly have to re- sign in over and over again to NO USE. IT HAS NEVER WORKED. IT US USELESS. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2024-12-30* Cannot set up an account. Southwest staff keep emailing invites but the email never arrives. Self-set up will not work and instructs you to contact customer service. Customer service is unable to set up an account and refers you to medical records. Medical records states they can’t do anything to help and refers you back to customer service. This problem has occurred with me, my wife, my father-in-law, and parents. It’s not an isolated incident. ### 1/5 — Garbage - don’t waste your time *2024-07-13* This app is complete garbage. When you attempt to create an account and it sends you the access code, the access code that it sends does not work. I tried twice. I am finally just giving up. Unfortunately, in practice this app doesn’t work. Can’t even log on after you create login credentials. I was not even able to access it.
