## What is Souvenir?

Souvenir is a photo triage tool inspired by the way professional photographers cull a shoot. One photo at a time, you swipe right to keep, left to trash, up to favorite. In 15 minutes you can clear hundreds of photos that have been weighing on your library for years.

WHY SOUVENIR

Most photo apps just show you what you have. Souvenir helps you decide what's worth keeping.

- Triage rapide. One decision per photo. No more scrolling for 20 minutes wondering where to start.
- Smart albums on the fly. Drop a photo into a session album by swiping down — perfect for organizing trips, events, or "send to mom" piles.                      
- Built-in pro workflow. Three phases: cull, review, rate. Same rhythm wedding and travel photographers use to process 1500-photo sessions in under an hour.                                                                              
- Multi-select. Long-press in the filmstrip to bulk-tag a stretch of identical shots.
- Sessions, not chaos. Every triage session is saved. Resume where you left off, see what you've freed, hand off your keepers to the Photos app at the end.

PRIVACY
Souvenir reads your photo library only on your device. No photo is ever uploaded. We use Sentry for crash reports and PostHog for anonymous usage analytics — no personal identifiers, no photo data, ever. Full details in our privacy policy.
