On first launch, before any message can be sent, the app displays a full-screen AI data-sharing disclosure. It explains that chat messages, attached photos/files, and voice transcripts are sent to OpenAI to generate responses, states that OpenAI provides equivalent data protection and that data is not used for model training, and links to our privacy policy (https://www.sovaworldai.com/privacy). The user must tap "I Agree" before any data is transmitted — if they decline, nothing is sent. This disclosure now appears immediately at first app launch so it cannot be missed.

Regarding Guideline 5.1.1/5.1.2: The app already includes an explicit AI data-sharing consent screen. On a fresh install, before the user's very first message (text or voice) is sent, a full-screen disclosure appears explaining that message content is sent to OpenAI to generate responses. No data is transmitted until the user taps Accept — the network call itself is blocked, not just the interface. If the user declines, nothing is sent. Our privacy policy at https://www.sovaworldai.com/privacy identifies OpenAI as the AI provider, describes what data is shared and how it is used. To see the consent screen, please test with a fresh install and attempt to send a message.
