Really enjoying this sleep app so far. It’s simple to use, helpful for tracking my sleep habits, and the notifications are a great reminder to stay on schedule and build better routines.

I am writing this review at 4 am tossing and turning. And the moment I went to check something in YouTube it blocked me. And that’s something i was needed. A moment of pause to remind me about what’s important at that moment! 

Could be better: UI is hard to understand, a quick hands on tutorial to begin with will make it A++!!
