It constantly logs me off from using Face ID, which I do to keep my password saved for easy login, but every time I put my actual password in, it tells me my credentials cannot be validated, which is frustrating when I’m trying to check my balance while I’m out doing something and I’m told that I can’t and i need to contact the bank. Not convenient at all, especially when banks are closed on the weekend 🫠 It makes me want to delete the app altogether and get a new credit union who apps actually work. In 2024 having an app that puts me through so much just to login it’s truly mind-boggling. ### 1/5 — Does not work with VPN *2024-07-06* Since I got a VPN I cannot use this app. I get an instant block that there is a security issue. I just tried the app again with updates and it still has security issues and I can’t open the app at all.
