Es un muy buen reloj pero hay veces que no me deja mandar audio aunque diga que tengo internet y no tiene sentido que que diga que es malo

Es de muy mala calidad , ofrece acceso a Spotify y jamás pude iniciar sesión. Ofrece agregar zonas seguras pero no las reconoce (se supone que trabaja con google maps, pero no aparecen las ubicaciones que uno necesita). Ahora mi hijo quería enviar un audio y no le deja enviarlo pese a que lo hace tal cual como dice la pantalla. Lo peor de todo , es la mala atención del equipo post venta por whatsapp, no responden y te dejan el visto cuando le hablas del problema pero para venderte algo te responden de inmediato. Iré al Sernac y pediré mi devolución de dinero.

Llevo algunos años con el uso de este dispositivo, el que me ha traído problemas desde el día cero. Si bien cumple con el objetivo de monitorear a mi hija, el reloj tiende a quedar sin señal y no dar aviso de esto. En ocasiones me aparece que mi hija está en otra ubicación (fuera del radio de seguridad) y hay que abrir y cerrar la app para que el GPS conecte de forma correcta. En ocasiones es imposible poder contactarme por teléfono.
Estoy en transición de cambio con Apple Watch que es mucho más preciso en la ubicación y no presenta ningún error en las ubicaciones.

Ponemos despertador para la semana de lunes a viernes y los viernes no suena y en vez de eso suena los domingos.

Compré 2 relojes 3.0 con un mes de diferencia en ambos, los 2 el sistema GOS funciona mal, actualiza las ubicaciones hasta las 3 horas pasadas de tiempo aún teniendo seleccionada la periodicidad en 1 minuto, a veces marca lugares donde jamás ha estado el reloj, pésimo. NO LO RECOMIENDO!

Lamentablemente he tenido muchos problemas con la app y el reloj que compramos para mi hija ya que cuando actualizo la hora del reloj o trato de configurar cualquier parámetro desde mi celular, no se modifica en el reloj, hay que hacerlo manualmente desde el reloj. Lo emparejé por segunda vez con el celular y siguen persistiendo el problema. Espero puedan actualizar la app o el reloj.
