So far it’s pretty cool. A major issue I found I that bought this for the Apple TV. There’s one flashback level where you need to control two characters simultaneously. It’s virtually impossible to do with the Apple Remote. I had to open game in the phone to complete it using multi-touch.

I love the golden age aesthetic and have no beef with the plot. However the controls have had me wanting to hurl my phone out the window. The movement and interaction are clunky as hell, and the tone shifts from puzzle to pseudo-arcade are jarring. Forcing you into awkward speed-run puzzles that just seem like endless death and retry until you finally defeat the controls. 

I want this to be a better game. Sorry

... mehr aber auch nicht!
Rätsel zu einfach, in Summe kaum fesselnd. Musik und putzige Story rechtfertigen noch 2 Sterne. Davon abgesehen sind über 5€ deutlich zu teuer für weniger als 5 Stunden zum Durchspielen.
Englische Untertitel sind für Ungeübte deutlich zu schnell.
Eher was für Retrofans, die auf simplen Zeitvertreib stehen.

Много текста (на английском), много сцен, мало игрового процесса.

И если бы это все было интересно, игра бы стоила своих денег. Но текст и сцены невероятно убоги, как в самой ужасной и унылой пародии на Star Trek, какую только можно себе представить...

Банальнейшие гэги мусолятся по несколько минут. Пародии и игры - это не стезя данных разработчиков. Может быть в стендапе или чистке туалетов у них бы вышло получше...

There’s no option to tap to progress the dialogue. It continues on its own and I simply can’t read that small of text that fast. For an adventure game, you’d think they would have this as an option as this is standard for every other adventure game.  Please fix...

The one star person is being way too harsh. There’s a lot of text, but if you don’t mind that (I like VNs so it doesn’t bother me) it’s a fun adventure and I never felt confused or incapable of moving forward.
I also don’t work for the developers lol.

Don't listen to the whiny negative reviews. This game is a great adventure game. There were a few difficult places that took many tries, but I got through it eventually. Look forward to the next one.

Decent story story telling and entertaining overall but feels like a minimum viable product. Why? Super short game, greatly lacking puzzles, actions were very straight forward, not much diversity scenario wise, soundtrack just randomly starts in some events. Is it worth the money? It was enjoyable, considering games like thimbleweed park are at 11 eur, this one should be 2-3 eur max. Hope they improve on their coming games cause i love action games!

Moderately charming, but hollow. Almost no gameplay. Not open world, no real puzzles, lead by hand linear activity, nothing clever, and very very short. It looks retro, but it didn't remind me of 90's point and click at all. Perhaps ok as a free to play intro to a more expansive franchise or to keep an 8yo quiet for a couple of hours.

I love these type of games & and am happy to support developers. But the game simply doesn’t run on my device (iphone 6). It doesn’t progress past the opening sequence, and no amount of clicking or re-installing fixes it. That it gets an app store recommendation makes it even worse, encouraging customers to waste money on an app that doesn’t work. Maybe they didn’t update it for the latest ios version. Who knows?? Nevertheless, a disappointing outcome.

Grafik und Sound sind sehr gut, das reicht aber nicht um eine Hommage an 90er Retro Games darstellen zu wollen. Die Story ist flach und linear, die Quests nicht besonders herausfordernd. Zu wenig Spieltiefe, um an die wirklichen Retro Games (RPG oder Adventure) heranzukommen.

Space Age est un très bon jeu d'aventure/exploration avec des graphismes old school. Pour vous mettre dans l'ambiance, jouez-y dans le noir avec un casque sur les oreilles.

Bon point également concernant la rétro-compatibilité : j'y joue sur un iPad 4 (en 2021) et tout fonctionne parfaitement.

Took a while before I decided to write a review because I usually don’t write reviews for games unless they are underrated and are not receiving the positive reviews that they deserve, anyways, this is an amazing game, it has its own feel to it and is highly unique, the music fits with the artwork perfectly, making you feel happy and scared and then skeptical about what might happen next, this game always keeps you in constant suspense, wondering about what this brilliant game has planned next, it is like nothing that I have ever played before and I highly recommend it, I have experienced no issues when playing this game at all, whatsoever.

As an old school Sierra gamer in the 80’s, this game was a fantastic experience.  It is a quality story with that good quality feel of the  original sci-fi of the 20th century.  The touch control is intuitive and simple to use as well.

Reminiscent of Earthbound in the good ways. Excellent music, story, and gameplay. It took me a few times of playing to get used to the mechanics but I don’t mean that in a bad way. It was different and enjoyable. A favorite, and not just on this platform.
