It almost defeats the purpose ### 1/5 — No Explanation *2025-06-28, version 14.1.2* I couldn’t find instructions for how to use the app. There is an 8 day program, but I’ve done digital detoxes and didn’t really want to go through that, just wanted to know how the app worked. The real kicker was when any menu item (such as “help”) that opened to an external link would take me to a scam web page saying I won a Visa or my phone was hacked. Then it proceeds to send me a nonstop stream of notifications to get me to reopen the app, completely defeating the purpose.
