Le concept est intéressant pour en apprendre plus, même si c'est un peu plate qu'il faut télécharger une application pour avoir plus d'info. Pour ma part, l'application ne fonctionnait pas dans le parcours. J'avais du réseau, mais pourtant il n'était pas capable d'afficher rien.

C’est dommage que l’application n’inclue pas une possibilité de se loguer en tant que détenteur d’un passeport espace pour la vie.  À chaque fois qu’on doit réserver ou aller chercher nos billets réservés il faut aller chercher le courriel initialement reçu lors de l’achat du passeport pour pouvoir aller dans la section des détenteurs de passeport pour réserver.

Absolutely no portion of the Biôdome map worked during our school field trip. We would have liked to talk more with the kids about the animals we were seeing in each represented region, but instead it was a lot of guessing and shrugging. Bluetooth and wifi were both enabled, and still nothing.

L’application est assez mal faite. Le parcours utilisateur est mauvais on manque d’informations, c’est assez basique et surtout c’est difficile de la trouver. Il devrait y avoir des informations sur place pour commencer et d’autres part quelque chose de beaucoup plus simplifié, UX totalement à revoir. Ça manque de contenu si on veut pousser plus loin. Très décevant

Cette appli remplace tous les écriteaux descriptifs au Biodôme. Très dommage, car elle ne fonctionne pas bien, et c’est absurde de devoir encore une fois dépendre d’un téléphone ou d’une tablette pour profiter d’une expérience. Surtout une expérience de contact avec la « nature »! SVP remettez les écriteaux, on ne sait pas ce qu’on regarde sinon, et on manque beaucoup de choses!
